The GGJ is the world’s largest game creation event taking place around the globe boasting tens of thousands of participants (jammers) at hundreds of physical and virtual sites in over one hundred countries around the world. Now is your chance to join the event in Tallinn!
Whether you’re a seasoned developer, a first-time jammer, or just curious about game creation, you’re invited to join an unforgettable weekend of creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Here’s everything you need to know:
Who’s Welcome?
Everyone! Developers, artists, musicians, storytellers, and those just curious about games. No experience? No problem! Teams often include a mix of beginners and veterans.
When and Where?
Location: RaRa Building, located in the heart of Tallinn. The site will remain open until 3AM! But you can stay overnight in GameDev HUB (Kadaka 63).
What to Bring?
- A laptop or PC (if possible).
- Your favorite development tools or software.
- Chargers, adapters, and extension cords.
What’s Provided?
- Wi-Fi: internet for all participants.
- Power Outlets: Abundant and accessible.
- Snacks and Drinks: Coffee, tea, water, and light snacks will be available throughout.
- Very comfortable furniture and sofas.
The RaRa Building is a vibrant hub for creators, featuring:
- Spacious work areas.
- Chillout zones for breaks and relaxation.
- Nearby amenities: cafes, public transport, and convenience stores.
