Irisel on üle 10-aastane töökogemus fotograafina. Tema töid on avaldanud enamik Eesti suurematest väljaannetest, samuti der Spiegel, Itaalia Vogue ja iGNANT. Iris on võitnud mainekal Nikoni “Best Portrait and Wedding 2017” rahvusvahelisel portreevõistlusel esikoha. Iris on pikalt olnud seotud disainivaldkonnaga, olles lähedalt näinud kujunevate brändide köögipoolt loovjuhi ja kujundaja vaatenurgast. Iris usub, et läbimõeldud ja terviklik visuaalne presenteering on tänapäeva brändiloome ABC, ilma milleta ei jõua ka kõige sisukamad ideed õige sihtgrupini.
