Kaarel Mikkin is one of the founders of the service design company Brand Manual, with 15 years of experience in design thinking and service design for both private and public sector clients. Kaarel's daily work involves making organizations and their products/services more understandable and user-centered, defining organizational goals and differentiation, engaging employees and raising their awareness, mapping the user journey to the product/service, and shaping the user experience. Külliki Kesa

Circular design

Külliki Kesa is a strategic designer with a systemic thinking approach, for whom sustainable entrepreneurship begins primarily with the mindset to create value in a broader context beyond just the efficient management of a company. Külliki graduated with a master's degree in Interaction Design from the Estonian Academy of Arts, cum laude, focusing her thesis on creating intervention points in packaging systems through system design.
