You come into the incubation programme with some knowledge about who you are and what you do. Then, as you go through the training, you realize that it might not be exactly what the client expects or needs.

My expectation was to find collaboration projects and new connections among creative industry entrepreneurs—and this was fulfilled. The incubator provides a supportive environment—since I work alone, it was great to have someone who was engaged and with whom I could discuss both challenges and successes.

I’ve gained a lot of knowledge from the incubator. There have also been a good number of meetings with mentors. If only it were possible (not just in theory, but in practice) to actually gain more time through the incubator, we could transfer that ideal theory into practice.

I have had the opportunity to participate in many interesting and useful trainings, and have received exciting information about developments in the field that I would not have reached on my own.

The presence of a personal consultant was indispensable; they were well-acquainted with my brand and could guide me towards new activities when needed.

It has gone very well! We have gained access to training sessions and mentors that we otherwise wouldn’t have, and these have helped us progress.

Liitusin kasvuprogrammiga, et mõelda koos oma ala proffidega läbi Älly kasvustrateegia ning välisturgudele liikumise plaan. 

Koolitused ja mentorkohtumised andsid väga head tööriistad, et analüüsida läbi just enda ettevõtte hetkeseis ning panna paika tegevusplaan edaspidiseks. Eriti kasulikud olid mentorkohtumised, mis aitasid väga konkreetseid väljakutseid lahendada ning paljuski ka oma mõtetele ja tegevussuundadele nö kinnitust saada, et olen ikka õigel teel.

Teistele osalejatele soovitan võtta teadlikult aeg, et programmi käigus saadud info oma ettevõtte kontekstis läbi analüüsida ning vajalikke arengusamme teha, et saadud teadmised ei jääks vaid teoreetiliseks ja rakenduksid võimalikult kiiresti praktikas.
