Eve brings over 20 years of leadership experience across entrepreneurship, hospitality, and creative industries. At the Estonian Business and Innovation Agency, she led Startup Estonia for five years, strengthening the national startup support infrastructure. Before that, she ran an event marketing agency for five years and managed hospitality business for a decade. She also serves on the board of UniTartu Ventures.
Most recently, Eve spent a year as a Humphrey Fellow at Vanderbilt University in the United States, building an international network and gaining hands-on experience in innovation management, design processes, and developing mentorship programs.
Her goal at the incubator: make it the top-of-mind place to start a business in Tallinn — where technology, creativity and talent meet across disciplines, connected to mentors, investors, and markets across the Nordics and Europe.
