Jaano Inno is an organizational business development and change consultant with more than 25 years of experience. His goal is to recognize and support leaders who have the drive and vision to achieve something meaningful.
Jaano has served as a mentor in growth programs run by EAS and SEB, and has advised numerous smaller companies on business growth, including VITS, My Breden, Estcarbon, ForkNAV, Springmar, and others. He is also a co-founder of the startup investment syndicate FStage.vc.
In addition, Jaano has 25 years of personal experience as a top executive and interim manager. Thanks to his analytical education, he approaches matters systematically, including in organizational and collaboration development.
