The Tallinn Business Incubator has provided a boost to hundreds of companies over its 18 years of operation. During these years, the incubator has developed into an environment where entrepreneurship and business ambition meet.

The Tallinn Business Incubator offers three development programmes for small entrepreneurs: a 2-month pre-incubation programme for aspiring entrepreneurs at the idea stage, a 9-month incubation programme for start-up small businesses, and a 6-month growth programme for companies seeking growth opportunities. During the individual development programmes, the incubator’s consultants and business mentors, who are experts in their fields, contribute to business growth.

Inspiring ideas, knowledge, and business contacts can be gained through weekly seminars, training sessions, and networking events. Additionally, there are opportunities to participate in various international projects, joint visits to trade fairs, and more.

The Tallinn Business Incubator operates under the Tallinn Business Incubators Foundation. In addition to the business incubator, the foundation also includes Tallinn Design House. Tallinn Design House serves as a joint marketing and export platform for Estonian design. As a development centre for the creative economy, Tallinn Design House primarily focuses on designers, especially those in fashion design and home accessory creation, as well as all individuals operating within this value chain.

Starting from autumn 2024, the incubator will commence its 19th business season under the name Tallinn Business Incubator. The focus will be on supporting product and service based companies, including enhancing activities related to the creative economy and circular economy.
