Before engaging in entrepreneurship, there are at least three questions you should ask yourself:
- What to do?
- How to do it?
- For whom to do it?
Firstly, it is important to clearly define and describe your business idea, the skills of the team and financial plans. Find answers to the questions: What kind of product or service does your business offer? What is new and exciting about it? Define your customer groups and evaluate the competitive situation. It is important to map your competitors and find your advantage—why should potential customers prefer your enterprise and product/service?
Also, evaluate the investment necessary to reach the first sales. What is the source to cover it? It is definitely necessary to describe your team—who is on your team, what is their role and professional background? Then map the things you have already achieved on the way to realising your business idea.
